After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer was being very rude on the phone. Ended up hanging up in my face about the shipment when I was trying to get more information.

Carrier has no clue on what he’s doing, ask if he could drive my vehicle to its location, and I’m the rude one. He ask me how this process works, and then get offended when I questioned his reliability

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment If you can’t meet the customers requirements, then you shouldn’t list you can, I’m extremely disappointed and will make sure not to use this carrier in the future

I had a great experience with Justin, who I found to be extremely professional.The stone he shipped for me was picked-up and delivered on time with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Justin and United Commodities Logistics to everybody. The driver was Jackie and he was also, very professional and customer service oriented. So the overall experience was GREAT!!!
