I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were contracted to take the bike from FL to OH at the bid amount. Customer called me and asked if we can now deliver the bike in SC. I was asked for a lower rate and offered a $75 refund and this was agreed but they felt that it should e delivered in the same time frame and that wasn't possible because we were not only delivering to a different city but a entirely different state. We did our best but when the customer started yelling at me I felt it was best to cancel. I wish you the best.

Original contract for the bike was to OH but when that delivery date was not met we "asked" the shipper if he could drop off the bike in SC. He told us that would be "GREAT";he had family in Columbia, SC he'd like to visit. So our orig del date of Easter weekend (he told us Sat.Sun)was postponed. With the change to SC he told us Wednesday, then on Wednesday he told us Friday. I asked how the bike was he said great then we find out that he hadn't even picked it up! If this is their best ...

A+++++ After a harrowing first attempt to use uShip I can say that this experience was flawless. Deb was a doll and kept me informed all the way. No question that I would use them again. Take my advise if HDtransport bids your shipment - take the bid!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After a lot of back and forth and not very good communication our shipment was cancelled!

With all do respect, you change the delivery of your shipment not by city or even county, you change states...instead of delivery in Ohio you asked that we deliver in South Carolina and I agreed and even refunded you $75.00 since it was going a shorter distance from Florida but you knew I had a route to continue. Just like you wanted delivery, the other people on the route to Ohio deserved delivery on time as well. I could not honestly go off route over 300 miles as be on time. JT
