WE did not need to use this carrier as item delivered through another means day after buying. Very nice man though!

Happily we did recieve both sofas in the end but due to the collection request sent internally within this company, only saying one, on the first occassion they were not collected. As a result the delivery did take some time but it was resolved to our satisfaction. Only having an email adress made it difficult to communicate until telephone number was offered. Thanks Dave for finally sorting it

We only received notification of one sofa to collect and not two so upon arrival to collect only had room for one, this cannot be construed as our fault. All contact details are provided by UShip following acceptance of a bid provided they have all details initially (which they do for DPS). Pleased to note a satisfactory conclusion was reached for the customer in the end.
