DO NOT USE THIS GUY! On 8/31 he promised to deliver my elliptical trainer to a buyer in less than a week - it ended up getting delivered yesterday on 10/5 - taking a mere 35 days to go from CT to NC. I could have walked it there faster. Along the way I heard every excuse in the book - my truck broke down, my driver can't make it, I'm waiting on someone else's shipment. He even told me the reason he didn't contact me for over a week was b/c he lost his phone. If you like BS this is your guy.

You are fully informed that there was a transport issue. And I offered on many to have it returned to you with other shipment coming back North. I offered to facilitate another shipper picking it up and continuing the route. you were adamant that you didn't want to get returned to you. I offered to cancel or return it. You said no please finish this delivery and that's what we did. Once there was a solution it was delivered overnight.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I requested an enclosed carrier and this carrier has told me he will be shipping it in the back of his pickup truck. He also stated that he will be picking my item up and then holding it for more than a week at an insecure warehouse. I am not comfortable with this.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time ZERO STARS! This carrier lied to me for days and then screwed me over. 1st told me he was picking up my cargo in an enclosed truck (I specifically asked him in a message before booking) then told me the next day his truck was in the shop so he was picking it up in his pickup truck. Then told me repeated he would be picking up my cargo late afternoon on 8/30. I told him it was critical that it be no later than that day because we had moved and it was at my old house and the closing was the nex

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After giving the service provider a huge two week pickup and delivery window, he canceled on me saying he had a family emergency, but never contacted me. He canceled on many others I see also during the same few weeks, but gave a different story to each of them. Do not use this shipper ever. Now I have to pay much more to another shipper.

Matt was fantastic. He called me promptly after my bid was accepted and went out of his way to arrange pickup and delivery to work with my schedule. He communicated often during the transit and and personally helped unload the machine. I recommend him highly, especially for personal service on an odd piece of equipment. I know he transits a lot of boats also.
