Did not explaine to me that the people picking up my truck would not have a truck and would be driving my truck to the truck that would be carrying my truck to Miami. But it made it to Miami mid day the day they said, I was mildly miffed. Not a scratch was sustained, I would use them again!
Response from BKKTRANSPORT:
We explained that when the pick up location is not accessible for big car trailer and we had to drive it outside of this area in order to get the car out of there.All this details are written in our terms and conditions agreement.
