There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved on Wednesday evening last week I was informed that pickup could only be made Monday through Thursday between 10am and 2 pm. I told customer I would do my best to make my current delivery and get there to pickup during those hours. Thursday morning I informed him I could not make it in that time frame and I could pick up Monday. He told me he had to have it over the weekend and that I shouldn’t worry about it. I emailed Monday telling him I could not go to Louisiana and get back into Tx without

Bottom line is that you flaked out. Had you backed out sooner rather than stringing me along I could have hired someone else. Because of your excuses and multiple changes in pickup my shipment was delayed an additional month due to the covid restrictions for people coming into Texas from Louisiana. You cost me unnecessary storage fees and undue stress. Totally unprofessional.
