I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We tried contacting the customer along the way to him. We gave him over an hour to respond to us and never did until an hour and a half later. We didnt want to risk losing gas and our other commitments over $160. We gave the customer ample time to respond to our message, as well as gave him a call. Two attempts and we made the decision to turn around. Good luck finding someone to take your shipment across the country for $160.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Avee gave me a 3 day window for pick up. On a Sunday at 12:30pm they texted me saying they'd arrive for the pick up at 3pm. An hour after they texted I responded agreeing to the pick up time. They responded saying I took me too long to respond and they had moved on to another area. Totally useless and very unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
