ms.ramirez was great,she met us at the storage unit on time.and even though she had just arrived by airline she still came out to meet us and help with delivery prep.a few item's were missing but later found and returned to her.a great shipper deserve's great service,thanx a bunch.

We did not packed very well and some stuff wasn't even packed at all! I received everything in acceptable condition with minor damage to a glass bowl considering most are collectible items and we did not pack very well. He even made a second trip to deliver the couple of items left behind. We had great communication and no delay in the pick up date or delivery date. I will recommend him to anyone moving, Rich is very professional and upfront. Rich is the best ever, THANKS!!!
