If its possible to baby a 250 lb. tv, Jim did. He not only picked it up and delivered it in excellent condition (read vibration-sensitive electronics) he tested it prior to assuming responsibilty for it (his suggestion, not mine), made sure I had insurance (he did all the work on this), and gave me some good real-estate market advice! His services are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and there's no way to improve upon the level of professionality he provided.
