She thought that I was suppose to pick up in California and make it to Texas Same day I guess. Never read The days for pick up or delivery. I was in California so no texting or talking on the phone while driving. Anyway dogs arrived next day safe. I don't think she understands what it takes to transport pets. Their live animals not freight. Food water play etc.

Very nice! Reasonable shipping cost. Pick up and drop off was on time. Answered all questions without hesitation. Dog was in good health when got here. Will use again! Tha ks for bringing her to me.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period He didnt pick up the dogs on a day we agreed upon and now I am unable to get a hold of him after calling and texting.

Wasn't the greatest. Job got done and dogs were delivered in a good time. Pick up was off and should of been done better. Communication was okay. I think I texted them to much for information. But overall was okay.
