A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Dog was not available for pick up as scheduled and we where not given any option for rescheduling, Everything good on our side.

Ben was wonderful. He took great care of my dog Riley and made him feel comfortable the whole ride. He kept me updated and was extra fast picking him up and delivering him. He went above and beyond!
