Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I attempted to pick up shipment as scheduled and could not because the shipper said it was not ready. He asked me to do it on the next trip which I agreed. When I attempted to pick up the shipment on the second try they wanted it to go to Washington DC instead of New York and it could not be picked up at that time neither. Now shipper wants express service after making me wait all this time and change delivery address by 250 miles?
