The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment YRC FREIGHT NEGLECTED TO CONTACT NEITHER THE SHIPPER OR CONSIGNEE TO ADVISE THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO ACCOMADATE THE SHIPMENT SERVICE IN THAT PARTICULAR AREA. THEY WERE AWARE THEY DID NOT HAVE A TRUCK AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP. AFTER THREE DAYS OF CONTACTING THEM, YRC FREIGHT PROCEEDED TO TELL US THAT THE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED BY YRC OF THEIR CANCELLATION.
