After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider When my shipment was booked, I was given a phone number and email for my provider. After an attempt of calling the phone number was disconnected. I contacted uship support and was replied to by Jay. Jay said he had called the provider and advised him to call. I received two phone calls back to back by a 313 area code which belonged to the provider. After I tried calling both numbers back, the one issued on uship again was disconnected. I sent a text message to the second number that called ask
