The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item listed was noted as 1 pallet on listing. There were several pictures of a pallet
After booking, I talked with customer and he told me the size of the items to be picked up. I arrived at pickup location, and was informed the trailer I brought was not big enough. They told me that there were 3 or 4 big pallets, and that there was a carrier that came yesterday that had been under the assumption this was a smaller load than described. I cannot service.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it That description of the items need to be in more detail the picture that’s posted on the posting does not show all the items within the shipment it only shows two pallets but there are five pallets all together full of stuff I left enough room for this shipment based on what I read and based on the pictures I seen on the posting but once I got to the pick up location, although the accounting is accurate the size of the shipment is not.
Misunderstanding.
