AAA+++ Customer! Working with Randy and Cindy was pretty great from the start, they're both pleasant to speak to, honest, communicative and kind. We hauled a wide bulldozer from Alberta out to them in the Thunder Bay, ON region. Shipment was accurate described, loaded/unloaded with no problem, and payment was received in a timely manner as well. Would do repeat business anytime. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After this move was booked, we emailed the customer to notify that we would be there to load the machine the following Mon/Tuesday. We were there Monday by noon & the customer called to say there was an issue with banking & the machine was not yet able to be released. As there was no definite time for this machines release to load, we are unable to have are truck wait for it as discussed with the customer so we agree there should be a cancellation of this booking provided we are not charged fees

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Equipment to be moved will not be ready to move at service providers time line

Randy was great to deal with, we were there to load his machine but banking issues arose that would not allow the machine to be released & there was no definite time as to when it would be so of course we can't sit a truck with no timeframe or compensation. We wish Randy all the best on this future move with another carrier once cleared up.
