The bike was inside a locked garage. The customer supplied the combination to one lock but there was another lock that required a key. I had no way to access the bike for shipping. Customer stated the keyed lock was supposed to be removed so I could access the garage. No ones fault,just bad luck.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I forgot to unlock my lock but I'll be using them again

i would highly recommend this company. got my truck safe to los angeles from utah .very nice guy .i had some trouble getting the truck started and he was nice enough to work with me ,he didnt leave me handing .

I highly recommend this company!! For such a short notice, he got the job done on time. Also, the driver was very responsive and followed directions without question.
The job was to haul my 5thwheel from Utah to Lancaster CA. If I ever need another hauling, I'm Calling this company.
