Very pleasant client shipper .HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING FOR TRAFFIC PROBLEMS THAT CREATED 47MINUTE LATE ARRIVAL BUT WAS ON PHONE WITH MY SHIPPER AND HE WAS IN MY OPINION OKAY WITH ME IN THE KNOW THAT I'M GOING TO BE THERE AROUND AND WITH IN HOUR OF THE ACTUAL TIME LAYED OUT.THEN DELUVERY WENT WELL 3HOURS ESTAMATED TOOK ONLY. 2 HR 33 MIN FOR DROP OFF HE WAS SATISFIED
