I started a USHIP auction for some furniture to be picked up in Orlando, FL and delivered to an auction house in Lambertville, NJ where it is scheduled to be sold. Papillon bid on this shipment and I accepted. Two days later Papillion called to cancel saying he could not make the pick up or delivery as we had agreed upon. I relisted the shipment on USHIP and accepted another driver's substantially higher bid. I will not use Papillon's services again.

Nice guy...arrived as scheduled for the pick up and delivered promptly on time as scheduled...good as it gets. I would use Jeff's services again and suggest that you also seriously consider doing so.

The facts:
My shipment consisted of a vintage wall unit with glass shelves valued at $7500.
The driver arrived promptly as scheduled on a Friday morning with an open, flat bed trailer.
The driver had no material to safely transport our items. We provided him with furniture blankets to protect our property.
Delivery was to be made no later than the following Monday Morning.
Delivery was made the following Tuesday afternoon.
We would not use his services again.

I talked to customer and told him we were having issues with our trailer and truck. Our trailer blew 4 tires total on this trip and then my truck had to get worked on for one and a half days in Ohio due to issues with sensors. Punctuality, quality and care is always number one. Customer was kept in contact and I am sorry he feels this way.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I paid full charges and began a USHIP auction on August 28th. The shipment was a VINTAGE WALL UNIT to be picked up at my warehouse in Orlando, Florida 32804 and delivered to a warehouse in Lambertville, NJ 08530. My auction listing specified that delivery must be made no later than Monday, September 10th. On September 4th, I accepted a USHIP bid from JULIO PAPILLON. Couldn't ask for better...will use Jeff's services again.
