The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Unfortunately we were unable to assist Martin with his delivery. The bike shop had not completed the repair and did not even have the parts to finish the job!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Canceled due to circumstances outside of ASK Moto Transport's control. I booked with them to pick up my bike from the dealer in SLC to then deliver it to Boise. The dealer was working on my bike and hadn't completed the repair in the time that they originally stated. ASK attempted to contact the dealer to confirm that it was ready and didn't get a response. The dealer never told me that they were delayed either. So ASK MT showed up today to pick up the bike at the dealer and had to keep driving
