Though my vehicle arrived undamaged it was later than promised. The shipper was not communicative and arrived at my house unannounced after the shipping truck broke down. Though Montway has promised to reevaluate this shipper, I am discouraged by their vetting process and likely wouldn't use them again. When you research a big shipping company, their reviews may be quite different from those of the actual shipper they assign to your job...and you have no control over who they assign.

Larry was very professional, honest, reassuring and prompt. In fact, he delivered my boat early!! I am overwhelmed at the excellent service and care he provided (lubing the bearings on the trailer, bubble wrapping the console, etc.). In addition, he was very good at communicating with me daily while in route. If I or anyone I know ever needs to ship something, I will absolutely recommend BBs Shipping. Thanks so much Larry!!!
