Mr. LaCruze misrepresnted his shipment's weight by 80%, then claimed it was damaged in transit when it clearly arrived in the same condition it left. He asked us to facilitate a false and fraudulent insurance claim and when we refused he entered a nageative rating with a false accusation. He refuses to pay for the extra weight of his shipment. This is one shipper to be avoided at all costs. Big trouble, lies, steals, fabricates false accuations and solicits fraud.

You're Libelous and scandalous. You failed to list your packaging requirements on your bid, then cried because you didn't read that it was a residential pickup and had to send a gate truck.

Great people at both ends. Payment was waiting for me when I arrived. Easy access at both ends and good flexibility for schedules.

Took forever. 2 weeks on a 2 day schedule. Machine arrived damaged, driver hid damage and smoked out the driveway as soon as the forklift had unit. Steve Jones told me he'd send forms for a claim, but I never heard from him again. I could have had Billy-Bob's 25 year old pickup truck drive it down for the same money and he'd have done it right and appreciated it. Two thumbs down.

Eric LaCruse did not have his freight ready when we were reasy to pick it up. It was damaged when it was picked up and we refused his solicitation to defraud the carrier with a fraudulent insurance claim. Moreover, he misrepresnted the weight of his shipment by 80% and when we asked for the extra freight said he "would fix us good" and made this false accusation. Add Mr. LaCruse to that pack of shippers dedicated to ripping off transportation providers.

Good communications, right on time pickup and delivery. Great to deal with through email as I'm in Afghanistan with no phone service. Wife gives big thumbs up!

This shipment was handled by email and while I am in Iraq. The driver was very accommodating to some other-than-stated conditions and communicated well. Fast timely delivery, no damage and just all-around super service.
