The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer misrepresented his listing of 7 pallets at 1k lbs each for a total of 7k lbs. On Arrival there was 8 pallets well weighing over 7k lbs combined. I informed the customer i was not comfortable taking this shipment due to misrepresentation and it was well over my trailer max load of 10k lbs. There was no face to face interaction with the customer until i had to cancel the shipment.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I did not have the proper equipment to accommodate this load. Load requires pallets of rock weighing 1,000 lbs to be self loaded onto trailer and my trailer is a 40’ gooseneck with a 5’ dovetail and mega ramps which would make loading with a pallet jack impossible to do. I communicated this with the customer and he was very understanding and helpful.

Sam was my driver and was really amazing. He was supposed to get here on Wednesday and somehow made it by Sunday! He even stayed later to make sure I got my car that day rather than waiting for the next day. Really nice guy and great service. The car was in perfect condition.
