After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Doug seems a great guy with a lot of hustle. Unfortunately, I have been unable to verify any of his experience delivering animals. With my dog Moxy, I need to feel trust in the shipper's track record. I did not realize this about my situation until after I had accepted. And since I wouldn't feel comfortable making this deal, I'd like a cancelation and refund.
