A truly absolute pleasure to work with on the lead up to our pick up and delivery and in person. We had tried to coordinate the up north pick up with a car we had to get that kept flaking out. CJ was totally cool about it. We had such a good time talking over the load and trucks, and trailering boats. Worked together to move the Wake Tower after unloading. Really great folks with very keen sense of logic and fairness. we're so glad we got to meet and spend a good couple hours talking.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time An email was sent to the customer on tuesday. We did not receive a response. There is no cell reception from either of out cell carriers on the east end of long island. Nor are there walmarts or fast food establishments where WiFi is offered. The customer was informed in the email that our dog was killed on Saturday night and we are waiting for his remains back from the crematory and he would hear from us then. We can not just bury a dog on the side of the road while traveling...

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ray on this haul. He stayed in contact from the moment I booked, until my property was delivered. This was an odd shaped item to move and Ray made absolutely sure it was secured properly for the haul. I really appreciate that. Do not hesitate to use OTW for anything you need hauled. They are absolutely top notch and that is hard to find these days. I really enjoyed our conversation at delivery and we will do business again in the future. Thanks again.
