Estimated delivery 8-10am with 2 hour notice. Received no call. Called at 9am and driver still 7 hours out. (weather) Estimated delivery between 2-4pm. Called at 5, no answer. Texted and asked for ETA. Received text around 5:30. Driver went wrong way. One hour out. Arrived around 6:30p, and unloaded by 7:00pm.
All of that said, driver (and spouse) were very nice. The winch was broken on the drop trailer, so he tied a strap between the bumper and tie-down on trailer. Thank goodnes
