Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The customer on the listing said he DID NOT NEED LOADING assitance. And after booking he said he did need loading assistance. We tried working out with him and checked with wrecker services to load the unit, but he did not want to pay the bill for the wrecker or tow truck service. AND he made the mistake on the listing by not specifying that he needed assistance, plus our terms and conditions stipulate that our bid is for transportation only. PLEASE, REMOVE CANCELLATION from our profile. Thanks
