The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this shipment on 10/4 with Swift Auto, and per their communication, a transport pickup would take place within 5 days. As of today, 10/20/2022, they have not been able to secure a transport for my shipment. I'd like to cancel this order with them and receive a full refund of the funds. Thank you.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Action Haulers is a fraudulent account and needs to be removed from UShip. They stole the business name from a New Jersey business. I called and spoke to the real owner of Action Haulers and he said that he has received three phone calls complaining about this fraudulent account. He can be reached at 315-415-4496.
