Once Paola arrived, she got in my face tellin me ´you´re gonna respect me´. Fat chance. I almost called the police. She had 30 days to deliver, arrived a week late, didn´t call until 2 days out. She dictated the time she was going to be here, did not coordinate with me. She wanted to leave nightstand on the tree lawn and tried to take it back. She blocked my way after I had paid her and insisted I sign her receipt. Should be banned from USHIP. Threatened to charge me if she had to wait. Avoid.

They really packed the chairs and bench well. Arrived in same condition as when they were picked up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider agreed to pick up on 3/26 or 3/27. He then indicated after I had booked him that he wouldn't be able to pick up the furniture on those days or even on 3/28. I told him if he didn't pick up on those days, the furniture might not be retrievable until 4/8. He did not commit to picking up on 4/8. He also didn't reach out to the person who has the furniture to make other arrangements as he had stated he would do. I need a reliable shipper, thus I am cancelling.

Damaged my couch in transit. Couch had no scratches on right leg prior to their picking it up. Couch delivered with a very large groove-like scratch on front of leg. Avoid.

My item arrived in tact; was able to coordinate pick up and drop off with shipper easily enough.

He was kind enough to help me bring in my furniture, and he stored my furniture for a time as well. His van could have been cleaner and my items were only protected by the bubble wrap I myself put on, he should have provided some padding, thus minus 1 star.
