Great guy to work for. Very helpful and fair. He had more things than he listed and had no issues adjusting his price per Uship rules. I also got a ticket for some haz-mat that i did'nt know was there and he paid that also like you would expect.I would highly recommend him to any carrier. thanks!!

Picked up on time. My washing machine fell off the hand truck and the controls got smashed while loading. I got an estimate for the damage and they compensated me for it. Delivered on time.

Overall, everything worked out. Robert is sincere. I said I was flexible with the pick-up & delivery schedule, but I didn't think it would take a month for him to pick it up. I didn't understand that from our communications so maybe it was really my fault. I wasn't able to meet him due to my schedule, but I left a key and he took care of it well. As long as you are OK with his schedule, he's a good guy and worth hiring. I'd hire him again if I needed to. Thanks Robert! All the best to you!
