After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I reached out to shipment contact to notify of possibily not being able to facilitate shipment due to dimension restrictions on my available fleet. My larger vehicle is out of commission, due to unforeseen events, which I disclosed. I apologize for the inconvenience and was very professional.
I was not met with the same professionalism in return. I was willing to accommodate customer but after some displeasing comments, I choose to decline my services in totality.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I've tried to contact customer multiple times and no response. instead received automated responses via text message. don't feel comfortable with this. requesting cancellation.
