A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There appeared to be some confusion regarding the collection date. My understanding was for 14/4/13 and I still thought that until I received this notice. I pride myself on my communication with customers, and have never had a problem in the past. I even supply TWO contact numbers to customers, so as I am always available. Response from Tania R.: Fair enough, John, but I sent you several e-mails asking about the collecting date and I never got an answer about your misunderstanding on the dates

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have no problem or whatsoever with the service provider but we had an issue with the schedule and I really need the service done. Besides that the service provider was very correct Response from Kikotu: Muy buena persona, tenia prisa, se le habia terminado el trabajo en Londres, la situación fué un poco lamentable, en este caso en particular, me supo muy mal no poder realizar el servicio, inmediatamente llamé a los moderadores de Uship y conseguimos que otro transportista solucionase el conflicto. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Después de no recibir ninguna noticia del transportista los dos días anteriores al día de la recogida de la mercancía no pude contactar con él porque se había dejado el teléfono y tampoco se presentó en la fecha ni la hora acordadas, incluso tras haber hablado con alguien que me aseguró que lo haría. La mitad del importe había sido abonado ya

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Pasada la fecha en la que se acordó realizar la recogida no pude contactar con el transportista más que una vez en la que me dijo quese había retrasado por el mal tiempo, estaba en Irlanda esperando mercancía para luego ir a España.Después de eso no he vuelto a saber de él
