after agreed price and a liftgate gauranteed it came in a semi without a liftgate and the semi took load back to warehouse until agreed new price and then delivered the freight again without a liftgate so i had to hire a forklift and driver with a union company to lift the freight instead of a liftgate like agreed in contract and then i got charged another 150 dollars on top of that becaue the trucking company delivered freight 2 times but with out a liftgate as agreed upon...the contract sucked

i was given a price from kenai alaska to seattle and after making the deal...I found i could of paid the shipper they used less money then zfreeman charged me...and then they held my toolbox for ransom because the price doubled from when the agreed price was done...it was a violation of good faith on freemans part so shippers beware of this particular shipper and i also got my tool.box back with damaged top of box and was told it was fully insured through the shipping company WRONG GOT SCREWED

Customer put the incorrect weight on the auction at 85LBS when in fact it was almost 1,000 LBS. Me not knowing this, I shipped it at 85LBS and quoted based off of that. Shipment gets reweighed and customer obviously is not happy. He said USHIP posted incorrectly but it was him. As far as the damage, it was a used tool box that was just thrown on a pallet and not properly packaged and padded. Insurance was purchased and he decided not to follow through with the insurance company to make his claim
