There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper emailed saying that his broker had made a big mistake, that he gets a "dollar a mile" I contacted shipper who promised to return my call and did not do so. An increase of 33% s too much, he should honor his bid of $150.00 I had a bid of $170.00 from someone else.
