The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider agreed on a pick up of my dog the morning of August 30. After running late, he moved the pick-up to the afternoon/evening. By the end of the day, he was having trouble with the trailer and moved the pickup to 10:30pm on 30 August. After contacting the provider that night, he was unable to get to the pickup destination and set on a new time of 1200 on August 31st. No contact was made stating that he would be late.
