Larry was communicative and fast. Unfortunately, he does not seem to have a ton of experience transporting furniture and two of the legs were completely broken in half upon arrival. He didn’t mention it to us, and marked the shipment complete. Our customer let us know it was dropped off damaged and we had to refund for repairs. Larry does not have cargo insurance and did not offer any reparation. He insisted that he should still be paid in full and we had to dispute the transaction.
