The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Item was at business in Chicago with ZERO parking.It was listed as residential and we specifically asked if there was parking for big trailer. Terrible customer

Delivered bookshelf damaged and without the shelves. Said he would ship the shelves, never did, and then ghosted us until we opened a case on uship. Told us midway he needed $100 advance as he didn’t have money for gas. Most unprofessional shipper we have come across via uship.

What a professional shipper! Communication was excellent. My shipper got to the location only to find out my customer was out of town! She held the piece and redelivered without issue.
