After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The word 'blanket wrap' was acknowleged in their offer. After accepting the offer, I was bombared with six emails with pages of paperwork to fill out, informing me the item must be boxed for pallett. This is not the service I requested. A message to them resulted in a rude and unprofessional reply. I do not feel comfortabler doing any kind of business with this company.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper has subcontracted the job to DHL. My listing was clear in that it was two porcelain vases. These are packed but fragile. DHL just 'throw' packages iunto the van. They are NOT suitable for this job, it needs a dedicated transporter

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Service provide communication absolutely worthless. After numerous times of trying to reach this driver no luck. He kept promising collection and noting was happening. Had to use The British Shop in the end for very professional service.

Rhys seem like a nice guy but communication was poor and took ages to receive my item. Response from link91: Understood that it took a while, however the original problem was due to insurance doesnt allow us to box the item for you. but it was sorted but apologies :)

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After booking this driver and stating the fact twice that small box needs to be collected from the Auction house which does not operate on Saturdays! He turned around and said I can only collect on Saturdays. Incompetent and unprofessional. waste of time! Response from RMCTRANSPORT: Collection was quoted for Saturday, I then asked twice for confirmation that was convenient. The first response was YES, then when I confirmed a collection time this customer got grumpy and said I could not collect on Saturday.
Very unprofessional and rude for a business customer !
Be careful when dealing with this grumpy customer !

Paul is excellent at what he does but communication was poor, agreed on specific time for pick up which never happened and didn't let us know he will be running late. Had to be rescheduled for next day 730am and he was late again by 2 hours.

Driver didn't know where he was going, constant calling. + had to pay extra £10 due to driver not knowing he is going to CC zone.
