After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have no problem completing this transport. I told the customer that I gave a 72 hour pick up time frame because I needed to have a few repairs to the van. I am in AZ.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item did not fit inside our van. David texted us the night before to confirm the measurements of the item and our van, based of the measurements he gave us we ensured him that if it is actually the measurements he gave us then it would fit in our cargo van no problem. Well, when we got there and measured the item it was off and we did not want to force it inside of our cargo van. I tried to cancel on my end but it was not working. We drove over 150 miles out our way to accommodate him.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The item did not fit in their van. I had texted them the night before to CONFIRM the measurements of the item and ensure it will fit and they repeatedly assured me that they have plenty of space and it will be no problem. Well,it was a problem because it didn't fit in the van. It was not picked up.
