Horrible communication, booked 12/20 virtually no contact until the 1/2 demanding payment for pick up on the 3rd. In the end the sub contractor was awesome, delivered without any problems.

Sir 1) we do apologize if you feel as if our communication lacked. Over the holiday times we did have very limited hours of customer support available. 2) We did not demand payment from you. This is our normal protocol once your vehicle is assigned to a driver we ask for the reservation portion to reserve the space on the truck. 3) Im glad you liked the driver, as it is our job to provide you with a reputable driver to follow through.
