A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Spoke with shipper on 12/29, he explained that due to delays and holidays, he would not be able to pick up item until 1/2, which is after the agreed upon date. I let him know that I understood the problem, and would cancel and book with another company that could pick up sooner. Shipper agreed to cancellation on the phone and was very understanding. These things happen.

Aaron provided excellent service to ship a large buffet/server from Arizona to Georgia. He arrived on time with appropriate rig and equipment. Item was packed and stored well in his trailer. Sagun was great to work with. He had some travel issues on the way to me, but communicated with me the entire time. Showed up when he said he would, wrapped my headboards in moving blankets, and secured them well in the back of his box truck. Delivery was made within just a few days of pick-up, and charged a very fair price for the job. If I have delivery on the west coast again, I will be using Sagun!
