Overall positive, but we had to rearrange the load on the truck that arrived as they hadn't left enough room for our load. Took a couple of our guys about 45 min. Beyond that, all was good and the load arrived safe at the destination.

Wow, all I can say is that Phil is a great shipper! The boat arrived substantially ahead of schedule, with no problems. He checked the cockpit and prepared the interior for shipping by putting all the cushions in the cabin. Phil really cares about the load he's hauling and is prepared for anything that might happen, right down to having a complete set of (all) new trailer bearings ready to go in the truck. I would HIGHLY recommend Phil for any hauling needs and definitely utilize him again.

Car was picked up and delivered within a few days of when they said it would be, so shipment was technically OK. I do have concerns about the condition sheet the driver filled out when the car was picked up. The dealer watched the LUXURY01 driver quickly circle the car, then note over 40 detailed discrepancies. The car wasn't covered in damage as he noted, but his "detailed assesment" allowed him to check the "too much damage, we are not responsible" box which I think is not very ethical.

Charles is a great shipper!!! He was very understanding when the person who was supposed to be there when he picked up the shipment was a no show for several hours. He was very easy to contact and everything arrived in good shape. Thanks Charles!

Shipped4less was Great! Paul handled the various challenges related to this shipment well. I would highly recommend him to anyone and already have to several of my friends. One thing to remember with shippers - they may not have ready access to e-mail all the time, so sometimes there is a delay from sending an e-mail to getting a response from the shipper. A little bit of patience will go a long way in this situation IMHO. Thanks again Paul.
