The unit was delivered a day late and the customer left me a negative because the driver did not call him to say he was going to be late . The driver never called at all . So I could not notify customer that tractor would be late . The customer gave me a negative rating anyway. Even though the situation was out of my control .

Positive for the driver, Alex. NEGATIVE for Scott at FreedomAuto Transport. Complete lack of communication. I was notified tractor would be delivered on Sunday. No notice from Scott on Saturday that it would be Monday before delivery. Monday delivery was not a problem IF WAS NOTIFIED SO I COULD RESCHEDULE MY PLANS. I AM THE CUSTOMER, I PAID WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY. COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY TIME AND CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION. I called Scott on Monday & Scott ARGUED with me.

I was notified on Monday by George of this situation. I heard nothing from the driver at all in regards to delays. I informed George that I d not work Sunday , and could not inform him of a delay if Ia never notified by driver . If thats an argument , guilty. But driver notified no one that the tractor would be delivered late.
