They caused a lot of damage to my vehicle during shipping. They communicated well but were reluctant to go above and beyond the remedy the situation. Ultimately, I grew tired of their attitude regarding their mishap and settled with them for 10% less than the damage estimate I obtained for the vehicle. They refused to give me their insurance information. I suggest before engaging any shipper you get their insurance info up front in case something like this happens to you.
