There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The location was incorrect and then continued to change. The shipper contacted me and told me that the product was to ship from PA to PA. Originally the pickup was expected to be in NY near my compnay. the misrepresentation would have cost me additional money. I also had an email conversation with the customer and a uship representative.

Excellent service. If this gentleman's service doesn't please you--you probably can't be pleased by anyone. Prompt, great communication, welder arrived in A-1 condition. All for a super fair price. If I need something hauled again, he will be my carrier of choice! Thank you so much.
