A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper and the furniture warehouse that item was located were unable to schedule a mutual pick-up time. The shipper kept me informed of all communications and tried very hard to accomodate all parties involved.
Would use shipper again if time schedule allowed.
