I strongly advise fellow carriers to steer clear of this dishonest shipper. Initially, he provided inaccurate inventory, only disclosing half of the actual inventory. He attempted to convince our driver into accepting it at the same price. Then he was trying to use someone else’s credit card. Thankfully, our vigilant employees verify ID with credit card payments. Finally he went as far as disputing the charge. Beware of this dishonest individual.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment hello uship i can no longer accomdae this client or his job. our driver and worker have both come out a covid positive while on rd and can not get another driver or myself there in time to pick up. i did attempt to reschedule or move date but everything was set for this saturday due to clients flights and plans. so a reschedule isnt something that can be accomdated. we have issued the refund already for the client

The classic bait & switch! This mover bid on the photographs from my post on uship for $5999, after arriving they tried to add $4000 above quote for a couch and loveseat! Hired for white glove service and had tight move schedule having to fly from opposite coast to meet them. They knew we had no flexibility and screwed us. Upon delivery, refused to unload any items until we paid them the additional funds in cash or money order! Then movers did not unpack anything and over $5,000 in broken items.

Absolutely perfect! They were on time, loaded in less than 2 hours and nothing was damaged when they unloaded. I couldn’t recommend No Hassle Movers enough!

2.5 STARS. Great communication, arrived hour late on pu day. We werent comp packed. Driver complained several times requesting more money. I gave him additional 10% for time. Several items damaged and dirty upon arrival. Upon arriving at new house, told me they weren't bringing any items inside. They took ONLY the w/d upstairs, leaving me alone with a 6 month pregnant wife to carry all dressers and beds up stairs and bring in everything else inside house from garage! Over paid for half the work.
