i drove cross country from las vegas to delaware and left some personal belongings in moving boxes in las vegas that i need to have shipped to me

This customer is currently in Delaware and her packages are in an apartment complex in Nevada. When our driver showed up, we we're greeted with "The customer is being evicted" by the landlord. Then, after seeing the boxes half were open and half were closed. Completely unpacked, and left in utter mess. We are not a clean up crew for an evicted tenant apartment. This customer emailed us asking for pick up day, when we simply implied in a polite manner, we have a scheduled pickup, but can not pick

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I did not misrepresent anything. the person that I left as contact for this shipment says that she has not seen anybody from UPS today so I am not sure how anyone with the shipper got into the apartment. The statements are erroneous. The boxes that I want shipped are completely packed and taped closed and are just as pictured in the picture that I posted with my listing. I am NOT being evicted. I have given the landlord 30 days notice of intent to vacate. I have copies of all emails w/LDM
