Item was a 1950s gas range on a pallet. Shipper removed the stove from the pallet at the pickup location without my knowledge or approval and loaded it into a box truck. It arrived at my house unsecured and unwrapped in a van and was dragged out and plunked onto the ground, no ramp or dolly. Gas range had fresh chips & loose flakes in the porcelain finish and one of the burner handles was bent, a potential gas leak/explosion hazard that needs to be repaired before use. Shipper denies everything.
