First time & I was SOOOO nervous! Alex was AMAZING! He was more concerned about the whole process than I was (which says alot!) He took care of the boat like it was his own & kept in touch ever step of the way. He picked up our boat early from the lot in Florida (to meet a deadline for removing it!)and kept it in his yard for 1 1/2 weeks and then brought it to Maryland as planned & promised. He emailed and called constantly to update. He faxed insuranc proof, etc. HE WAS ON TIME & GREAT!!
